On April 6th at 6:56 pm, our deputies responded to a 911 call of shots fired at a home near 176th St E and B St E in Spanaway. Deputies arrived on scene and they were told both the suspect and victim had already left.
The victim later showed up to the hospital with a serious gunshot wound. Deputies were able to talk to the man who identified his friend/roommate as the suspect in the shooting.
Deputies were advised the suspect had returned to his residence the next day. A Felony Stop was conducted, the 62-yr-old suspect was arrested, and booked into the Pierce County Jail for Assault in the 1st Degree.
