Burglary
19100 blk 13th Ave Ct E, Spanaway

A deputy was dispatched to a burglary at a middle school. He contacted a security guard who told him he had received an alert from the alarm company, so he drove to the school and started a security check. He heard a young woman’s voice in one of the hallways, so he announced he was calling the police and dialed 911. The deputy found a door with broken glass. It appeared that someone broke the glass and then reached inside to open the door. No suspects were located.

Commercial Burglary
13200 blk Pacific Ave S, Parkland

A deputy was dispatched to a commercial burglary at a car wash. When he arrived, the manager told him that someone had shattered the glass door with rocks. According to surveillance video, the suspect attempted to break into the safe, but was unsuccessful. He returned twice with a pry bar and hammer and attempted to open the safe. The suspect was wearing a black Hurley hooded sweatshirt, a baseball cap, a mask and gloves.

Aggravated Assault
9800 blk 132nd St Ct E, South Hill

Deputies were dispatched to a domestic violence incident involving a weapon. When they arrived, the male victim told them he had been threatened with multiple weapons. Deputies determined that the victim was trying to move his belongings into a moving truck, but the female suspect was denying him access to their residence. He made his way inside and the suspect chased after him with a knife, threatening to stab him. She punctured one of the moving truck’s tires. The suspect also grabbed a gun and threatened to shoot the victim. The 29-year-old suspect was arrested and booked into jail for assault in the first degree (DV), felony harassment (DV), and malicious mischief in the third degree (DV).

Theft
11500 blk Canyon Rd E, Summit

A drug store employee reported that a woman entered the store and went straight for the cleaning section. She grabbed a mop bucket and started filling it up with items. She made her way to the counter, where she asked the cashier to get some alcohol out of the locked case. As soon as his back was turned, she ran out of the store with the merchandise. She stole approximately $300 worth of items including a portable air conditioning unit, an electric razor, and spa products. The suspect is described as a white female, tall with a slim build and red hair. She was wearing a pink V-neck shirt, black pants, white slip-on shoes and a black mask.

Vandalism, Warrant
17200 blk 121st Ave E, South Hill

Deputies were dispatched to a neighbor dispute, and when they arrived, the victim told them her neighbor had thrown a rock through her sliding glass door. Another resident in the home told deputies that the suspect has pulled out trees from their property in the past as well. Deputies found a large rock on the victim’s kitchen table. The 24-year-old suspect was arrested and booked into jail for malicious mischief in the second degree. He also had a warrant for failing to appear in court for attempted arson and assault in the third degree.
